Our sweet, sweet soulmate Fizzy was truly an angel on earth. He was such a big piece of the heart and
soul of our family with the amount of love and loyalty he selflessly gave. He truly lived up to his calling as
the “gentle giant”. Loved by so many. Our sweetheart baby. Fizzy, you fought your bone cancer valiantly
with your wagging tail and endless love. Your job here on earth is done, sweet boy. We will miss you with
our whole heart, but we are learning to be at peace, knowing your suffering has ended.
We will miss our walks, playing in the snow, cuddles and St Bernard hugs, his leaning and slobber
bombs, his fuzzy dog hair EVERYWHERE, his big brown gentle eyes, his zoomies, and how he would break
up the cat disagreements, the picnics, tea parties and playing in the leaves, the farm trips and hikes,
mountain trips and road trips and how he would patrol the yard, making sure the squirrels didn’t eat the
strawberries. His time here with us was too short, and if love could have saved him, he most assuredly
would have lived forever.
